Simplified workspace: Views, Plan actions, Project overview, Task filters, and the active schedule now have clearly separated zones.
New task remains immediately available while related editing, sharing, settings, and file actions are grouped together.
Project progress and the next milestone stay visible; detailed metrics, stages, and milestones expand only when needed.
Task display options now live together, and the compact phone layout keeps secondary controls from overwhelming the screen.

Bulk edit: select many tasks and apply a status, shift dates by N days, set a start or end date, mark or unmark milestones, or append the same note.
Status report export: a printable weekly HTML or Markdown report with headline numbers, recent completions, in-progress, blocked and overdue work, what's next, and upcoming milestones — plus a one-click copy for email.
Calendar export (.ics): send open tasks, all dated tasks, or milestones only to Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar as all-day events.
New Share menu in the header collects reports, calendar, and task list (.csv / .xlsx) exports; all outputs respect your current filters and search.

Expanded sample dataset: about 39 tasks across nine owners, built to exercise every view.
Long dependency chains with fan-in/fan-out so the Network view shows a real critical path, and overlapping assignments so the Owner workload heatmap shows hot weeks.
Includes overdue, blocked, deferred, and undated tasks plus milestones across stages, so every grouping in My tasks and both strips have content.
User guide (v1.3.1) updated to explain what the sample plan demonstrates.

New Network view: a zoomable dependency graph that highlights cycles and the critical path. Available when your plan includes a Depends_on column.
Baseline capture: freeze a snapshot of your schedule in Settings, then compare Start/End dates in the Task drawer to see slip or gain versus the baseline.
My tasks view now supports multi-owner selection plus a type-ahead search field, so you can quickly focus on any combination of team members.
Owner workload heatmap: see task density per owner per week, and click any cell to jump to that week in the timeline.

New "+ New task" button in the app header — add tasks that aren't in your spreadsheet yet without leaving SheetTimeline.
Added tasks show up immediately on the week board, day list, and timeline (dated ones on the calendar, undated ones in the Unscheduled panel).
On "End session & export", new tasks are appended as fresh rows at the bottom of your original .xlsx — existing rows and formulas stay untouched.
Task drawer gains a Remove button for tasks you added in-app, so you can drop one before exporting.
"All tasks" CSV/XLSX downloads and the Changes tray now include newly added tasks.

Anonymous visitor + session counters power the stats on the landing — no plan data is ever sent.

Added a backlog section to the spec covering future ideas (multi-plan library, accounts, monetization).

Round-trip export now preserves your plan's original status vocabulary and writes back to the mapped columns — even for plans without an ID column (row numbers can be used instead).

Stage strip: stages where every task is deferred no longer show a misleading 0%. "We are here" only marks stages with unfinished, non-deferred work.
Clicking a stage with no dated tasks now toasts to explain instead of silently doing nothing.

Generalized into a plan-agnostic viewer: only ID, Title, and Status are required.
Added a mapping wizard for custom column names and status vocabularies, plus saveable plan profiles.
Added workstream color overrides, app timezone setting, and a downloadable Excel template + sample dataset.
